Description :

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Guidewire Digital Portals using JDP to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain along with hands-on experience in Guidewire digital implementations and client-facing delivery engagements.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, requirement analysis, solution evaluation, and participation across the development lifecycle for Guidewire-based digital portal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on Guidewire Digital Portals implementations using JDP

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis

- Participate in solution evaluation, documentation, testing, and delivery activities

- Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and client discussions effectively

- Build impactful presentations and client-facing documentation

- Drive technology solutions aligned with business value and customer expectations

- Work within Agile SCRUM / SAFe delivery environments

- Support end-to-end portal development and enhancement activities

Domain Expertise Required :

- Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain

- Experience in at least one operational area :

a. New Business

b. Policy Administration

c. Claims

d. Billing

- Knowledge of Personal or Commercial Lines insurance products for North American geography preferred :

a. Auto

b. Homeowners

c. Umbrella

d. General Liability

e. Workers Compensation

f. Commercial Auto

g. Commercial Property

h. Inland Marine

i. Business Owners Policy (BOP)

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Digital Portals using JDP

- Experience working with Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem

- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have :

- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) knowledge
