Role Overview :


As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our client's claims processing operations, ensuring seamless and accurate handling of insurance claims.


Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

- Design and implement integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and other enterprise systems, facilitating data exchange and process automation.

- Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire ClaimCenter, minimizing disruption to business operations.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, promoting a collaborative and efficient development environment.


Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.

- Proven expertise in Guidewire configuration and development, including Gosu programming language.

- Strong understanding of insurance claims processing workflows and related business processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
