Job Description :

- Work as a Guidewire ClaimCenter professional responsible for configuring and customizing the claims management system as per business requirements.

- Support integration with external systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize claims processing workflows.

- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide training and support to end users.

- Ensure smooth functioning and performance of the ClaimCenter application.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and enhance Guidewire ClaimCenter modules.

- Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems.

- Work closely with BA, QA, and architects to deliver quality solutions.

- Perform debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

- Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter (Configuration + Integration).

- Good understanding of insurance claims processes.

- Technical expertise in Java, XML, and SQL.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Guidewire best practices and implementation standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Guidewire certifications are a plus.
