Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex insurance solutions on the latest versions of Guidewire ClaimCenter. In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between business requirements and robust system architecture, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, global stakeholders, and delivery managers. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will drive the modernization of claims processing workflows, directly impacting operational efficiency and enhancing the end-to-end experience for our insurance customers. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in India, allowing you to contribute to high-impact digital transformation initiatives within a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions to streamline complex claims lifecycles for global insurance clients.

- Lead the configuration of GOSU, Rules Engine, and Data Model to ensure the platform aligns perfectly with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

- Design and maintain seamless integrations between ClaimCenter and third-party systems using Web Services, Messaging Plugins, and APIs to ensure data integrity across the enterprise.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and system performance.

- Drive Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet stakeholder expectations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration, specifically within the latest product versions.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications while maintaining clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development, XML, and GOSU, coupled with a deep understanding of the insurance domain.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous project requirements in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in Agile environments, fostering team synergy and cross-departmental alignment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 14 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire implementations.
