Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration Developer to design, develop, and support ClaimCenter solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, customization, and development using Gosu and Guidewire Studio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain PCF screens, Data Model extensions, Typelists, Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes.

- Create and enhance business rules using Gosu.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Perform impact analysis and support production issues.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Support Guidewire upgrades and cloud transformation initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience.

- Strong expertise in ClaimCenter Configuration.

Hands-on experience with :

1. Gosu Programming.

2. PCF Configuration.

3. Rules Engine.

4. Data Model Extensions.

5. Typelists.

6. Workflows.

7. Validation Rules.

8. UI Configuration.

- Experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Understanding of P&C Insurance Claims processes.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

- Exposure to Integrations, REST APIs, and Web Services.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
