Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Consultant with expertise in Configuration and Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating Guidewire ClaimCenter applications to support end-to-end claims processing while ensuring optimal system performance and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain claim management workflows.

- Design and implement integrations with external applications and third-party systems.

- Customize claim lifecycle processes, reserves, payments, recoveries, and settlements.

- Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with business users to optimize claims processing workflows.

- Perform system configuration, enhancements, and defect fixes.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Support application deployments and production releases.

- Create technical documentation and design specifications.

- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint activities.

- Ensure application stability, scalability, and performance.

- Provide technical support and end-user guidance when required.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration.

- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Integration.

- Strong knowledge of Gosu programming.

- Experience with Guidewire Data Model customization.

- Expertise in PCF configuration.

- Hands-on experience with Java development.

- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL, and relational databases.

- Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

- Understanding of Guidewire messaging framework.

- Knowledge of insurance claims processing and claims lifecycle.

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with Guidewire best practices and implementation methodologies.
