We are looking for an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud Developer to implement, configure, integrate, and support BillingCenter applications on the Guidewire Cloud Platform.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire Cloud, Gosu, Java, billing processes, integrations, and production support, along with the ability to work closely with onsite teams and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and integrate Guidewire BillingCenter applications using Gosu and Java in accordance with Guidewire Cloud standards.

- Develop and maintain billing functionality covering billing workflows, invoicing, payments, delinquency, commissions, and General Ledger processes.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and technically feasible BillingCenter solutions.

- Collaborate with onsite teams to understand client requirements, provide technical inputs, and coordinate offshore development and delivery.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications and external service providers.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for production incidents and technical issues.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog discussions, and sprint demos.

- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards, coding standards, and best practices.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, release activities, and environment management.

- Work closely with integration owners and third-party service providers to resolve integration and deployment issues.

- Contribute to application performance, scalability, maintainability, and overall quality of BillingCenter solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-11 years of experience in Guidewire development, with strong hands-on experience in BillingCenter.

- Strong expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud and Guidewire Cloud development standards.

- Hands-on experience with Gosu and Java.

- Strong understanding of BillingCenter processes including invoicing, payments, delinquency, commissions, billing workflows, and General Ledger.

- Experience in Guidewire integrations and working with external systems and third-party service providers.

- Experience in production support, incident troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment processes.

- Strong knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, testing, and application quality practices.

- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with onsite, offshore, business, and technical teams.
