The Senior AI Engineer, will be working with developing analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) that makes a high degree of business impact, working on standardizing and describing how to work with tools and methods within the area of analytics and AI in CBS.

Your main responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning models and algorithms to support business decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, architect and front-end developers to ensure seamless data exploration and model deployment.

- Optimize model performance using model evaluation processes and ensure model integrity and reliability.

- Implement and manage data analysis solutions, including data visualization and predictive analytics.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve model performance and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest data science trends and technologies to continuously enhance the data analysis infrastructure.

Your Background :

- Technical background at master level through education or work experience

- 5+ years of experience in working with data, algorithms and machine learning

- Experienced in using Python

- Experience using Azure Machine Learning

- Experienced in deploying analytics and AI in production

- Experienced programmer in the data science domain design patterns and best practices

- Strong communication skills in English to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, especially Microsoft Azure

- Knowledge about Large Language Models (LLM), Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Experience with Software testing methods

- Experience with version control systems like Git
