Job Title : NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant Order to Cash (O2C)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a strong NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support and optimize our finance and ERP operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across NetSuite configuration, business process mapping, integrations, automation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to bridge functional and technical requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within NetSuite

- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to understand process gaps and drive ERP improvements

- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports

- Support invoicing, billing, collections, revenue recognition, customer accounts, and cash application processes

- Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems/platforms

- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within NetSuite and provide scalable solutions

- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities

- Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and reporting accuracy across O2C workflows

- Create process documentation, SOPs, and user training material

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in ERP / NetSuite consulting or support roles

- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP in a techno-functional capacity

- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes including :

1. Order Management

2. Billing & Invoicing

3. Revenue Recognition

4. Accounts Receivable

5. Cash Application

6. Collections & Reconciliation

- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and NetSuite customizations

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting workflows

- Experience working on NetSuite integrations using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools

- Strong SQL/data analysis and reporting skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- NetSuite Certifications preferred

- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM/Billing platform integrations

- Exposure to Subscription Billing or Revenue Management modules

- Experience working in high-growth startup or global environments

- Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization best practices
