Grid Dynamics - Lead Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.

- Design and implement microservices architecture for scalable banking systems.

- Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.

- Handle application integration with third-party and internal systems (Kafka, MQ, ESB).

- Ensure secure and high-performance API design (OAuth2, JWT).

- Work on MCP endpoints to enable AI-driven integrations with enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product).

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

- Hands-on with API design (REST, JSON).

- Experience in system integration (Kafka, messaging, middleware).

- Understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).

- Basic knowledge of MCP / AI integration concepts.

Good to Have :

- Experience in banking / financial domain.

- Exposure to cloud (AWS / Azure).

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
