Grid Dynamics - Delivery Manager

Description :

- Own end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs (quality, timelines, and financials)

- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in GCC clients

- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams (50200+)

- Drive engineering best practices (Agile, Cloud, Data, Microservices, DevOps)

- Manage risks, escalations, and delivery governance

- Own account growth, P&L, and revenue forecasting

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposals

Must-Have Requirements :

- Started career as a Software Engineer / Developer and progressed into Delivery Management

- 12+ years of experience in engineering and delivery leadership

- Proven experience managing large delivery programs (50+ engineers)

- Strong experience working with GCC (Global Capability Center) clients in India

- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks (AI / Cloud / Data / Microservices)

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Retail / BFSI / Technology domains

- Exposure to any cloud AWS / Azure / GCP ecosystems

- Experience in digital / cloud transformation programs
