Role Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager at GreyOrange, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, including managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.

What you will do:

- Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across GreyOrange to identify risks, manage dependencies, and optimize resources.

- Work with Product and Engineering to define your team's roadmap and execution strategy.

- Drive internal process improvements, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality.

- Own and drive GreyMatter Release planning till deployment.

- Work with the change Management team to plan and deliver major and minor releases across customers.

- Help QA team in setting up QA processes to deliver quality product.

What we are looking for:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

- 6+ years of software engineering and technical product/program management experience.

- Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.

- Technical knowledge and/or experience in supply chain, warehouse automation, industrial hardware, or robotics domain.

- Prior experience with Scaled Agile, SaFe and leading organizations through Agile Transformation is a plus.
