Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The role requires hands-on involvement in technical planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders

- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures

- Coordinate with technical, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards

- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and constraints

- Provide guidance on technical approaches, system architecture, and integration points

- Ensure best practices are followed in development, testing, and deployment

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business leaders, and technical teams

- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders regularly

- Manage expectations and facilitate resolution of conflicts or issues

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Track and resolve project issues efficiently to minimize impact

- Ensure compliance with internal governance and quality standards

- Maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and requirement specifications

- Track key performance metrics such as project delivery timelines, resource utilization, and defect rates

- Conduct post-project reviews and implement learnings for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 3-5+ years of experience in technical project management

- Hands-on experience managing software development, IT infrastructure, or digital projects

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
