Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for a variety of digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and marketing teams to ensure that our designs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives. Your work will directly impact user engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall brand perception.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design compelling user interfaces and visual elements for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including website banners, social media graphics, and email templates, to support marketing campaigns.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all design assets.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software.

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Working knowledge of HTML and its role in front-end development.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design ideas.

- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a strong understanding of visual design principles.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Jaipur.
