Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with strong skills in both motion graphics and static design. You will play a key role in shaping RISAs visual identity across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create high-quality static creatives (social media, ads, decks, banners, etc.).

- Design engaging motion graphics / videos for marketing campaigns and product storytelling.

- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to deliver impactful visuals.

- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels.

- Work on UI visuals / assets using Figma (basic level).

- Translate complex ideas (especially in AI/healthcare) into simple visual stories.

What Were Looking For :

- 24 years of experience in Graphic Design (startup or agency preferred).

- Strong portfolio showcasing both motion + static design work.

- Hands-on with tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.

- Good understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with B2B / SaaS brands.

- Exposure to AI / tech domain visuals.

- Basic understanding of branding & storytelling.
