We are seeking a Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript,

At least 2 years of experience in the fintech industry. and a SCRUM Master

The candidate should be capable of designing scalable backend systems, building and maintaining secure RESTful APIs, integrating payment gateways, and ensuring compliance with fintech security standards.

Responsibilities :

- Working with relational and NoSQL databases,

- Managing server deployment on cloud environments,

- Optimizing application performance and implementing CI/CD practices.

- The role also requires proficiency in version control (Git), debugging, authentication, and error handling. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance fintech solutions.

- The role involves handling MySQL administration, performance tuning, query optimization, backups, replication, and troubleshooting, along with managing NoSQL systems such as MongoDB or Redis.

- The candidate should be skilled in database monitoring, schema design, data modeling, and automation using scripting, with good knowledge of cloud platforms and high-availability setups.

- The DBA will work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure efficient database operations, scalability, and reliability.
