Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage conversational interfaces, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features for conversational agents.
- Integrate conversational AI agents with various backend systems and APIs.
- Analyze user conversations and data to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of the conversational models.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 3 to 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a specific focus on Conversational AI.
Core Expertise :
- Hands-on expertise with Google Dialogflow is a must.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and machine learning concepts.
Technical Skills :
- Experience with API integration (REST/JSON).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Problem-Solving :
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
