About the Role :

We are building an AI-first fintech platform focused on solving real, high-impact problems across credit, risk, fraud, personalization, and financial inclusion. As an AI Engineer, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and build and deploy scalable AI systems used by millions of users.

Working alongside the founder, Sanchit Bansal, this is a hands-on engineering role & you will take models from experimentation to production, ensuring reliability, performance, and business impact. You'll be building ML/AI models for use cases such as credit scoring, fraud detection & risk monitoring, user segmentation & personalization, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable back-end systems for AI applications

- Develop and optimize AI agent systems and workflows using modern agent frameworks

- Integrate automations and other functionality into our core platform

- Build robust APIs and services that power our AI features

- Implement and maintain efficient data pipelines for AI model training and inference

- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and best practices

- Collaborate with PMs and front-end developers to create seamless AI experiences

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience

- Strong usage or adaptation to AI technologies/ tools

- Experience building and deploying production-grade back-end services

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration patterns
