Job Summary :

We are seeking a AI Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and agentic frameworks. The role involves building production-grade AI systems, integrating LLMs into real-world applications, and developing AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).

- Develop AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation tools.

- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for domain-specific knowledge.

- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems capable of task execution.

- Build agent orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

- Integrate models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Mixtral).

- Develop vector search pipelines using databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.

- Build scalable APIs for AI applications using Python-based frameworks.

- Optimize prompts, chains, and agent behaviors for accuracy and performance.

- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for AI systems.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures

- Experience with LLMs and SLMs

- Prompt engineering and RAG architectures

- Agent frameworks and orchestration

- Python programming

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

- Experience building APIs with FastAPI / Django / Flask

- Vector databases : Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate

- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or HuggingFace models

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with multi-agent AI systems

- Knowledge of model fine-tuning, LoRA, and quantization

- Experience with LLM evaluation tools such as Ragas, LangSmith, or TruLens

- Familiarity with knowledge graphs and hybrid search

- Experience deploying AI systems using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have :

- Experience building AI copilots

- Experience with AI safety and hallucination mitigation techniques

- Experience building AI-powered SaaS products
