About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in backend development. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Backend : Golang (4+ years).

- Cloud : Any Cloud Platform (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Database : Any Database (SQL or NoSQL)

- Architecture : Microservices, REST APIs.

- Tools & Practices : CI/CD, Code Reviews, Testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Write modular, reusable, and high-quality code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

- Work with databases to design and manage data models.

- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality.

- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices.

Requirements :

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Golang development.

- Strong experience in backend development and API design.

- Experience working with cloud platforms.

- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).

- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
