Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced GoLang Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern microservices architecture.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native development, along with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. You will play a key role in architecting and delivering robust backend solutions for enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go (Golang)

- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based systems

- Build loosely coupled, highly available, and fault-tolerant services

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend components

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure quality

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and services

- Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and architectural decisions

- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in GoLang (Golang)

- Proven experience in Microservices Architecture & Distributed Systems

- Strong knowledge of REST API design and development

- Experience with concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization in Go

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and TDD practices

- Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with containerization tools (Docker)

- Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes for orchestration

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

- Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
