We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned General Manager - Information Technology to lead and manage the IT function across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Fusion, ERP Support & Development, and WFX implementation. A proven track record in team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering digital transformation within manufacturing environments will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

- Drive IT transformation initiatives, digitalization, and ERP modernization across all business units.

ERP and Oracle Fusion Expertise :

- Lead end-to-end management and support of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.

- Oversee customization, upgrades, and integration with legacy and third-party systems.

- Ensure robust support and performance optimization for ERP systems across the organization.

ERP Development and Support :

- Manage a team responsible for ERP system configuration, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Develop and enforce SLAs for ERP support and enhancements.

WFX Implementation & Management :

- Oversee implementation, customization, and support of WFX solutions for PLM, merchandising, or supply chain functions.

- Coordinate with WFX vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.

Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team.

- Build capability through continuous training, performance reviews, and career development.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :

- Act as a liaison between IT and other business units to ensure seamless technology integration.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.

IT Operations & Security :

- Ensure system uptime, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

- Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts, licenses, and infrastructure requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 18-20 years of experience in IT leadership roles, Exposure within the manufacturing sector will be a Plus point.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of ERP development lifecycle, including business requirement analysis, system design, and deployment.

- Experience with WFX software and its application in fashion/textile/apparel domains.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex projects.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Oracle, PMP, or ITIL.

- Prior experience in textile, apparel, or industrial manufacturing domains.
