We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of our Technology team as Business Analyst.

Total Experience range :

A minimum experience of 6-9 years.

Skill Set :

- Understanding of general insurance (travel/cattle insurance products knowledge is a plus).

- Expertise in at least one insurance process : Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance, or Claims

- Practical experience with basic SQL, JSON, and API integration

- Exposure to Java, micro-services, and web services is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Requirements :

- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and external partners to align on processes and systems.

- Lead requirement gathering and solution design.

- Define and document the customer journey.

- Coordinate with development teams on project planning and delivery.

- Participate in weekly sprint planning with Product Managers.

- Understand business priorities and drive process alignment with development efforts
