Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and establish the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice across the organization.

- Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

- Develop architecture roadmaps covering Business, Application, Data, Integration, Technology, and Security Architecture.

- Govern enterprise-wide architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.

- Review and approve solution architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

- Drive technology modernization, application rationalization, and cloud transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology solutions.

- Lead enterprise integration strategy and ensure seamless interoperability across business platforms.

- Establish architecture governance forums and oversee compliance with enterprise standards.

- Guide strategic technology investments and evaluate emerging technologies.

- Mentor enterprise architects, solution architects, and technical leadership teams.

- Ensure enterprise architecture supports scalability, security, performance, and business continuity.

- Drive standardization, reduce technology complexity, and improve operational efficiency across the enterprise.

- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation, ERP, AI, data, cybersecurity, and cloud initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1825+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership.

- Proven experience leading Enterprise Architecture for large organizations or multi-business enterprises.

- Strong expertise in Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Security Architecture.

- Experience in enterprise architecture governance, architecture review boards, and technology strategy.

- Strong understanding of Oracle ecosystem, ERP platforms, cloud technologies, integration frameworks, and enterprise applications.

- Hands-on experience in digital transformation, cloud adoption, AI, automation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with CXOs and senior business leaders.

- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent (TOGAF Certification preferred).

- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
