As a Senior Backend Developer - Python at Gnani.ai, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend infrastructure that powers our AI-driven conversational platforms. You will collaborate closely with a team of talented engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build scalable, high-performance systems that deliver exceptional user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability, speed, and intelligence of our AI solutions, enabling us to serve our clients and their customers more effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend services using Python, FastAPI, and gRPC to support high-volume conversational AI applications.

- Optimize existing code and infrastructure for speed and performance, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput for real-time interactions.

- Develop and maintain WebSocket-based communication channels for seamless real-time data exchange between clients and the backend.

- Integrate analytics pipelines to collect and process data, providing valuable insights into user behavior and system performance for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications and ensure seamless integration between backend services and frontend applications.

- Contribute to the development of comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
