About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Manager with experience in managing finance domain projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software delivery and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact financial technology solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for finance/fintech-related initiatives

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines

- Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning with cross-functional teams

- Ensure alignment of delivery milestones with business objectives

- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations

- Drive process improvements and delivery best practices across teams

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in financial projects

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role

- Proven experience delivering projects in the finance or fintech domain

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
