Role : Engineering Manager / Technical Lead

Location : PAN India

NP : Immediate Joiners required

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can technically guide the team, review work, and manage delivery. This role is focused on design, solutioning, code reviews, release coordination, and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team

- Review architecture, design, and code to ensure quality and best practices

- Take ownership of solution design, technical decisions, and release readiness

- Coordinate releases and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and definition of done

- Mentor developers and help improve overall code quality and team productivity

- Act as a bridge between the US team, internal team, and business stakeholders

- Take workload off senior leadership by owning reviews, planning, and execution oversight

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong background in PHP/Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue preferred)

- Solid understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases (Postgres/SQL)

- Experience in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making

- Comfortable working with CI/CD processes and quality standards

- Experience collaborating with remote / US-based teams

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare)

- Exposure to modern tooling and frameworks

- Prior experience in a tech lead or engineering manager role

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to guide, mentor, and manage teams

- Ownership mindset and accountability for delivery

- Ability to interact with business and translate requirements into solutions
