- Design and develop ITAM and ITOM solutions.

- Navigate the solution through various approval processes.

- Influence and communicate with stakeholders to build consensus.

- Stay up to date with ServiceNow offerings and product updates.

Experience :

- Has at least 10 years of experience on ServiceNow platform.

- Has done at least 3 greenfield ITAM or ITOM implementations.

- Certified Implementation Specialist for SAM, HAM, Discovery.

- Has in depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.

- Deep experience of integrations with ServiceNow.

- Contributed to governance forums to approve various designs and approaches.

- Has conceptualised and contributed to accelerators.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Can multi-task and prioritise several contexts.

- Has sound understanding of Now Assist offerings for ITAM and ITOM.
