We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Conga Developer with 6+ years of expertise in Salesforce platform development and strong hands-on experience in implementing Conga solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based applications with a focus on Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, Conga Sign, and related tools to automate document generation, contract lifecycle management, and eSignature processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce and Conga products (Composer, Contracts, Sign, Grid).

- Configure and customize Conga templates, queries, and merge fields to automate document generation and workflows.

- Integrate Conga with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platforms as needed.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure platform performance, usability, security, and scalability in Conga and Salesforce implementations.

- Maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and custom objects related to Conga integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Conga document generation and delivery.

- Provide technical support, documentation, and end-user training for Conga features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with QA, Admins, and other developers throughout the SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Conga Composer and Conga Contracts.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.

- Strong knowledge of Conga Query Language (CQL), template design, and data merging.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Solid understanding of document automation, contract lifecycle management, and eSignature flows.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Conga certifications are a plus.

- Experience in CPQ or Revenue Cloud is advantageous.

- Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or other eSignature tools.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
