We are looking for an experienced AIDLC Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help enterprise customers accelerate software delivery using AI-driven engineering practices. This role focuses on designing and implementing AI-enabled SDLC solutions that improve developer productivity, automate engineering workflows, and enable intent-driven software delivery. The ideal candidate combines deep software architecture expertise with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and customer-facing technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with customer engineering, product, architecture, and executive teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven SDLC transformation.

- Design and implement AI-enabled software delivery solutions using modern AI development tools and agentic frameworks.

- Build proof-of-concepts demonstrating automated planning, code generation, testing, documentation, and validation workflows.

- Define software engineering acceleration strategies by reducing development cycle time, improving code quality, and increasing release velocity.

- Architect AI-assisted development platforms with strong governance, security, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.

- Guide customers in adopting intent-driven software delivery models powered by AI agents and automation.

- Evaluate AI development tools, frameworks, and engineering workflows to recommend enterprise-ready solutions.

- Present technical architectures, implementation roadmaps, proof-of-value outcomes, and business impact to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.

- Mentor engineering teams on AI-native software development practices and enterprise adoption strategies.

Required Skills :

- 16 to 25 years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.

- Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Cloud Code, or similar.

- Experience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or MCP.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.

- Experience designing scalable enterprise software architectures and cloud-native applications.

- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, observability, and production deployment best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to engage with both technical teams and executive leadership.
