Job Description :

At IUDX, we are building a unified geospatial interface which will be a datasharing and analytics platform for both raster and vector(Earth observation) datasets. Towards this, we are looking for a Geospatial data specialist who should be experienced in dealing with a variety of geospatial data (DEM, SAR, MX, etc) with experience in both coding (Earth engine, python, etc) and the use of GIS tools (Arc GIS/QGIS) with a scientific understanding of the various measurements and techniques involved in the domain.

Good to see on resume :

- Experience working with SAR, MultiSpectral, DEM and other data sources

- Experience working on Google Earth Engine or similar platforms for large scale analysis

- Experience working with GIS tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, etc

- Experience in coding for Earth Observation analysis with libraries such as GDAL, Xarray, Torch/Tensorflow, GeoPandas, Shapely, Leaflet, etc

- Experience in Geospatial analysis such as flood/inundation analysis using SHEDS, Nearest Neighbor analysis, Land Use Land Cover classification models, using SAR imagery for change detection, etc

- Good experience in making data Analysis Ready for use in OpenDataCube, which could involve techniques such as top of atmosphere correction, GeoReferrencing, etc
