About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) professional to join our Utilities practice as a Senior Consultant / Lead. The candidate should have strong end-to-end implementation and support experience in SAP IS-Utilities Convergent Invoicing & FI-CA, with the ability to independently lead the module, manage client stakeholders, and mentor a team.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years SAP experience with 6 - 7+ years in SAP IS-U FICA / FI-CA

- 2 - 3+ full lifecycle SAP IS-U FICA implementations

- Business Partner (BP) & Contract Account configuration

- Convergent Invoicing (CI) - Billable Items, Invoicing Orders & Documents

- SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing integration

- Payment Processing, Payment Lots, Check Lots, Lockbox & Returns

- Open Item Management & Clarification Processing

- Dunning, Collections, Deferrals & Installment Plans

- Budget Billing Plans (BBP) & Security Deposits

- FI-CA integration with FI/CO, G/L, Reconciliation Keys & Sub-ledger Accounting

- FICA Data Migration & Cutover

- Production Support, P1/P2 Incident Handling & RCA

- ABAP Debugging, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs & Event/Interface Architecture

- IS-U Billing & Device Management integration knowledge

- Client-facing requirement gathering, workshops & stakeholder management

- Functional Specifications, Testing/UAT and Go-Live support

- Utilities domain experience - Electricity/Gas/Water

Good to Have :

- S/4HANA Utilities / SAP C4U

- S/4HANA Conversion projects

- Rollout projects

- Strong team leadership & mentoring experience
