About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM, SAP MM, and Inventory Management (IM). The candidate will be responsible for SAP EWM implementation, configuration, integration, testing, production support, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded/Decentralized EWM, warehouse processes, MM integration, RF framework, and end-to-end warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP MM and SAP EWM.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

- Configure and support MM procurement processes, including PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, and Vendor Management.

- Manage Inventory Management (IM) processes including GR, GI, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting, and Stock Adjustments.

- Configure and support EWM inbound and outbound processes, including Goods Receipt, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Staging, Shipping, Replenishment, and Wave Management.

- Design and optimize warehouse structures including Warehouse Number, Storage Type, Storage Section, Storage Bin, and Activity Area.

- Manage SAP master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and Batch Management.

- Support integration between EWM, MM, SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, and TM.

- Work on Warehouse Monitor, Queue Management, RF Framework, RF Devices, and Barcode Solutions.

- Configure and support Handling Units (HU), Serial Numbers, Batch Management, and Warehouse Tasks.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production support issues within agreed SLAs.

- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and integrations.

- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and defect resolution.

- Support data migration activities using Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or other SAP migration tools.

- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and other project documentation.

- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of relevant SAP EWM experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM + SAP MM + Inventory Management (IM).

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM.

- Experience with Embedded and/or Decentralized EWM.

- Hands-on experience in EWM Inbound and Outbound processes.

- Strong knowledge of Putaway, Picking, Packing, Staging, Replenishment, and Wave Management.

- Experience with Warehouse Structure and Warehouse Master Data.

- Hands-on experience with RF Framework, RF Devices, and Barcode Solutions.

- Experience with Handling Units (HU) and Batch Management.

- Strong understanding of MM Procurement and Inventory processes.

- Experience in MMEWM integration.

- Understanding of integration with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, and TM.

- Experience in configuration, testing, documentation, and production support.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP EWM certification.

- SAP MM certification.

- Full-cycle SAP EWM implementation experience.

- Multiple SAP rollout/support projects.

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

- Warehouse transformation experience.
