We are scaling fast and looking for an experienced Project Manager to steer complex, high-impact enterprise deployments and cross-functional product initiatives.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience managing software implementation, SaaS products, or enterprise AI solutions. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering, product, client success, and external enterprise stakeholders. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Giniiris deployments, ensuring that our AI command centers, multi-channel integrations, and autonomous agent workflows are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Project Delivery : Own the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of complex enterprise onboarding, API integrations (CRM, Telephony, Knowledge Bases), and custom module implementations.

- Cross-Functional Leadership : Coordinate closely with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Frontend/Backend developers, and QA teams to align sprint deliverables with project milestones.

- Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation, managing expectations, steering alignment meetings, and providing transparent progress reports.

- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, resource constraints, or integration roadblocks (e.g., legacy system adapters, compliance/security constraints) and establish robust mitigation plans.

- Resource & Timeline Optimization : Define project scopes, detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource allocation plans, and strict timelines using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

- Process Standardization : Establish best practices, templates, and documentation frameworks for project tracking, deployment playbooks, and post-implementation reviews to scale our operational velocity.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : 3 to 4 years of professional experience managing technical software projects, IT implementations, or enterprise B2B SaaS deployments - preferably within AI, automation, CRM, or cloud infrastructure domains.

- Technical Acumen : Strong familiarity with modern software architectures, API integrations, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise security frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA principles).

- Methodology Expertise : Proven mastery of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks. P1/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are a strong plus.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business milestones for executive leadership and non-technical clients.
