We're seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of relevant experience in Business/Product analysis. Experience as an Insurance Technology Consultant will be an added advantage. The Business Analyst serves as the bridge between clients, product management, engineering, AI teams, implementation teams, and executive leadership. This role combines insurance domain expertise with agile product delivery, business process analysis, data analytics, and AI-enabled solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, AI teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable product capabilities.

- Facilitate discovery workshops, backlog refinement sessions, story mapping exercises, and sprint planning activities.

- Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business needs using Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices.

- Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules aligned to product roadmaps.

- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.

- Document workflows, decision trees, process models, and user journeys.

- Participate in daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

- Support MVPs, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and iterative feature releases.

- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality against business outcomes.

- Support AI-enabled solutions by defining workflow orchestration requirements and human-in-the-loop decision frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Insurance Technology Consultant.

- Property & Casualty insurance experience.

- Claims, subrogation, recovery operations, auto claims, or property claims experience is a plus.

- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek, Origami Risk, or similar platforms.

- Agile product delivery and SaaS platform experience.

- Exposure to AI, machine learning, analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives.

- Experience facilitating executive and client-facing workshops.
