Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Administrator with 7+ years of experience in administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting TIBCO middleware platforms in enterprise production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS/BW, Python automation, cloud platforms, observability tools, and ELK, along with an understanding of modern DevOps and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot TIBCO middleware environments, including TIBCO EMS and related integration components.

- Perform installation, configuration, deployment, patching, upgrades, and maintenance of TIBCO environments.

- Monitor application and middleware health and proactively identify performance and availability issues.

- Handle L2/L3 production support, incident management, problem management, and critical production issues.

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, operational tasks, and troubleshooting.

- Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments and support TIBCO workloads deployed on cloud platforms.

- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability using New Relic, ELK, and other monitoring platforms.

- Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes and resolve production issues.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams for deployments and issue resolution.

- Participate in JIRA/Agile processes, sprint activities, incident tracking, and operational planning.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.

- Participate in on-call rotations and respond effectively to high-priority production incidents.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in TIBCO Administration / Middleware Administration.

- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS and TIBCO BW.

- Experience in TIBCO installation, configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration.

- Strong Python scripting and automation skills.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or equivalent log management platforms.

- Experience with New Relic and/or enterprise observability platforms.

- Strong production support and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working with JIRA and Agile methodologies.

- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with awareness or hands-on exposure to the following technologies will be preferred. Deep production experience in all these areas is not mandatory, but candidates should demonstrate curiosity and the ability to learn and adopt emerging technologies.

7. Secrets Management :

- Secure and dynamic credential management

8. AI-Assisted DevOps :

- GitHub Copilot

- AI-driven anomaly detection

- AI-assisted monitoring and troubleshooting
