Seeking a Generative AI Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end development and optimization of Generative AI solutions. The role involves prompt engineering, pipeline development, model deployment, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in GenAI techniques (GANs, VAEs, LLMs), strong machine learning fundamentals, and an understanding of Responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of prompt engineering and GenAI pipelines

- Design and review data workflows for LLMs and generative models

- Supervise and mentor developers while ensuring best practices in coding and validation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and implementation

- Deploy models to production and optimize for scalability and performance

- Implement Responsible AI standards for transparency, privacy, and fairness
