Job Description :

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate should have worked on real-world GenAI use cases beyond POCs and pilots, with deep exposure to modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions

- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines

- Work with structured and unstructured data sources for AI workflows

- Implement solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and similar GenAI frameworks

- Integrate Vector Databases for efficient retrieval and embeddings management

- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications

- Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of AI systems in production

- Follow best engineering and software design principles

Must-Have Skills & Requirements :

- 3 - 8 years of total experience, with recent GenAI experience in the last 3 years

- Hands-on experience in production-level Generative AI implementations

Strong experience with :

- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Vector Databases

- LangChain / LangGraph

- CI/CD pipelines

- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data

Cloud experience in at least one of the following :

1. AWS / Azure / GCP

2. Strong programming skills in Python (preferred)

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Multi-Agent Orchestration frameworks

- Prompt Engineering (preferably in Controls or Enterprise domains)

- Exposure to AI-Ops

- Experience with Google Vertex AI or Claude for model deployment

- Strong system design and engineering fundamentals (especially for senior candidates)

Notice Period :

- Immediate to maximum 25 days only

- Serving notice candidates preferred (no bench)

- Career gap should not exceed 6 months

- Payroll and employment history should be verifiable
