Generative AI Engineer - LLM

As a Generative AI Engineer in our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will join a diverse and global group of experts working at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and curate high-quality training datasets to enhance AI model performance in terms of accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone.

- Annotate data to help models align with human values, ethical considerations, and contextual nuances.

- Review and refine both human-generated and model-generated text, improving grammar, syntax, semantics, and style.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI researchers, linguists, and engineers to iterate and improve data pipelines and training protocols.

- Contribute to the development and refinement of specifications and data recipes for AI training and evaluation.

- Adapt to changing priorities and navigate evolving project guidelines in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

- Meet performance targets such as daily task volume and average handling time while ensuring data quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, language data annotation, or a related field.

- Exceptional English writing and editing skills.

- Strong command of grammar, syntax, semantics, and linguistic conventions.

- Ability to edit, enhance, and quality-check written content across diverse domains.

- Demonstrated creative thinking and language intuition.

- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for data quality.

- Strong internet research and fact-checking skills.

- Comfortable working in diverse, cross-functional teams.

- Resilient in the face of ambiguity, with the flexibility to thrive under shifting goals and timelines.

- Experience working on LLM-based projects (e., GPT, Claude, PaLM, or similar).

- Familiarity with AI safety, alignment, or responsible AI development.

- Prior experience in annotation platforms, data QA, or content moderation.

- Understanding of ethical concerns in AI-generated content and model behavior
