Role Overview :

Were looking for a Generative AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions powered by modern large language models and generative techniques. Youll work on real-world applications such as chatbots, content generation systems, automation tools, and intelligent assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy generative AI applications using LLMs and related technologies

- Design and optimize prompts for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency

- Build end-to-end pipelines integrating models with APIs, databases, and frontends

- Fine-tune or adapt models using techniques like LoRA, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Evaluate model outputs and continuously improve quality through testing and feedback loops

- Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to ship production-ready features

- Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI and recommend improvements

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)

- Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation

- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

- Understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer-based architectures

- Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party services

- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

Good to Have :

- Experience with fine-tuning models or working with open-source LLMs

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Familiarity with Docker and deployment workflows

- Understanding of data pipelines and MLOps practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or software development
