Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building end-to-end GenAI applications, optimizing LLM performance, and integrating advanced reasoning/agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures.

- Build, optimize, and fine-tune LLM-based applications for production use cases.

- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows using vector databases and relevant frameworks.

- Create multi-agent and agent-orchestrated workflows using Agentic AI concepts.

- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications using APIs and custom pipelines.

- Develop scalable, modular AI components using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Evaluate model performance and ensure effective prompt engineering, safety, and alignment.

- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the GenAI ecosystem, frameworks, and tools.

- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps advantage

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI or GenAI systems in real-world environments.
