Generative AI Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). Youll build, optimize, and scale AI models that power intelligent and human-like solutions all hosted on AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models for real-world use cases

- Build and fine-tune LLMs, Transformers, and NLP pipelines for text, summarization, classification, and generation

- Work across the full ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

- Implement scalable ML solutions on AWS Cloud using services like S3, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems

- Continuously experiment and stay updated with the latest in Gen AI, ML/DL, and cloud-native AI tooling

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn)

- Experience building and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA)

- Strong understanding of NLP concepts: tokenization, embeddings, attention, transformers, etc.

- Proven experience in deploying and scaling ML models on AWS Cloud

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD for ML pipelines is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and team collaboration

Good to Have :

- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or multi-modal AI

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
