Experience in AI : 4+ years (Hands-on)

Role Summary :

We're looking for a GenAI Developer with strong experience in building and deploying real-world applications using LLMs, vector DBs, and cloud AI services. The role involves end-to-end design and development of scalable, production-ready GenAI systems. Candidates must explain real-world challenges faced during implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build GenAI apps using models like GPT, Claude, LLaMA with prompt engineering.

- Develop RAG pipelines, multimodal use cases, and agent-based workflows.

- Optimize cost by identifying AI opportunities and delivering efficient use cases.

- Create Q&A systems using knowledge repositories and embeddings.

- Ensure prompt safety and apply responsible AI principles.

- Prevent prompt injection/jailbreaking via input/output controls.

- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.

- Handle real-time voice/text parsing, chunking, and conversion.

- Deploy scalable apps on Azure (AI Studio) or AWS (Bedrock).

Required Skills :

- Azure/OpenAI or AWS Bedrock experience.

- Responsible AI and prompt safety practices.

- Python + FastAPI/LangChain, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone), RAG.

- Proven production deployment experience.
