Generative AI Developer - Machine Learning/Deep Learning

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Generative AI Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning algorithms, with experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AWS services.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.

- Utilize AWS services like Lambda, Bedrock, and SageMaker for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions.

- Continuously improve and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

- Monitor and maintain the health of AI systems, ensuring reliability and robustness.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields.

- Incorporate new techniques and methods into the team's workflow to drive innovation.

- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.

- Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in AI and Machine Learning.

- Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning algorithms.

- Experience with RAG applications.

- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, Bedrock, and SageMaker.

- Expertise in Python programming.

- Experience with machine learning platforms and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with Langchain for building AI applications.

- Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge retrieval techniques.

- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments
