Experience : 6 to 15 Years (3+ years (Hands on in AI/LLMs))
Role Summary :
Were seeking a GenAI Developer with practical, real-world experience in building production-grade applications leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and cloud-based AI services. The role requires strong technical depth, the ability to design end?to?end GenAI architectures, and an understanding of challenges commonly encountered in enterprise-scale AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop GenAI applications using models such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, including agentic/agent-based systems.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, multimodal solutions, and agent-driven workflows.
- Apply Responsible AI principles, ensuring prompt safety and compliance.
- Implement robust mechanisms to prevent prompt injection through input/output validation.
- Integrate Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for production use cases.
- Handle document and text processing chunking, parsing, and format conversions.
- Deploy scalable GenAI applications on Azure AI Foundry, AKS, or equivalent platforms.
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Azure/OpenAI, LangChain agents, and knowledge graph systems.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, prompt safety, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, LangChain, vector DBs (such as Azure AI Search), and RAG architectures.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
