Job Description :
We are looking for a Gen AI Consultant with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking. The role focuses on driving AI-powered HR use cases, integrating Generative AI / LLMs with SuccessFactors, and delivering scalable solutions across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off & Time Tracking implementations and enhancements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify Gen AI use cases such as:
1. Employee leave queries
2. Overtime analysis
3. Schedule optimization
4. Absenteeism and workforce trend insights
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking.
- Design, configure, and maintain:
i. Templates, workflows, rules, forms, and reports
- Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support scaling AI-driven HR solutions into production.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the implementation team.
- Design predictive AI insights for workforce planning (seasonal leave impact, absenteeism trends).
- Document and promote best practices, governance frameworks, and ethical AI usage in HR.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off & Time Tracking.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and/or Time Tracking modules.
- Experience working with Gen AI / AI / LLM-based solutions.
- Good understanding of integration concepts (APIs, SAP BTP, CPI preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
