Role : GM Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM

Location : Bangalore HQ Industry: Multilocational Manufacturing Organization

We are seeking a seasoned HR Technology & Transformation leader to spearhead the digital HR agenda for a large-scale manufacturing organization.

This role will strategically own the HR technology roadmap, drive Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM implementation, and lead initiatives in HR digitization, analytics, governance, automation, and employee experience.

The incumbent must have hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM in the Indian context, with strong knowledge of Indian HR practices and a proven track record of working with Indian companies/clients over the last 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the HR Technology Roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead Oracle HCM migration and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

- Drive HR digitization initiatives to enhance employee and manager self-service.

- Establish strong governance frameworks for HR technology and data management.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective vendor governance.

- Build and scale HR analytics capabilities for workforce insights and decision-making.

- Champion automation and AI readiness for future HR transformation.

- Redesign HR processes for simplification, standardization, and efficiency.

Capabilities & Competencies :

- Deep HR domain expertise with strong understanding of Indian HR practices.

- Proven ERP transformation exposure, preferably Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in vendor governance and contract management.

- Analytical mindset with orientation towards data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile :

- 12 to 18 years of HR technology and transformation experience.

- Strong exposure to large-scale HR technology programs in India.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
