Description :

- Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as :

1. Organizational Management (OM)

2. Personnel Administration (PA)

3. Time Management (TM)

4. Payroll (PY)

- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.

- Support end-to-end SAP HCM implementation and rollout projects.

- Handle incident management and production support.

- Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.

- Work with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide training and support to end users.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.

- Good Experience in schema and PCR

- Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like FI and other modules

- Experience with Fiori apps for HR.

- Good Communications skills.

- Basic Knowledge of Success Factors.
