Project Management :

- Plan, execute, and close technical projects using established methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

- Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure feasibility of project requirements

- Understand technical dependencies and constraints to make informed project decisions

- Facilitate technical discussions and help resolve complex technical challenges

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices

- Oversee system integrations, deployments, and technical deliverables

Process Improvement :

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies

- Implement tools and systems to enhance team productivity and project visibility

- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development

- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Angular and .Net projects

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Project Management Skills :

- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Risk management and mitigation experience

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
