Role Summary :

We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst with strong technical expertise to join our Business Excellence - Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and building database workflows, data pipelines, and automation scripts to support internal dashboards and operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, write, and optimize complex MS SQL (MSSQL) queries, views, stored procedures, and functions to handle large datasets.

- Identify database primary key constraints, handle data exceptions, and eliminate processing duplicate keys to maintain data integrity.

- Develop and maintain basic automation scripts or data cleaning pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

- Collaborate with business excellence and engineering teams to map data requirements for analytics and visualization dashboards.

- Investigate data variances and performance bottlenecks in SQL databases to ensure accurate business reporting.

Technical Skills Required :

- Advanced MS SQL Server : Strong proficiency in writing complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

- Basic Python : Familiarity with Python scripting for data manipulation, file handling, and basic automation tasks.

- Data Understanding : Experience working with structured data architectures and rules-engine database configurations.

Experience & Education :

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2 years of core experience in data analytics or database operations.
